In this episode, Nick shares a simple but often-overlooked Meta Ads feature that can dramatically improve the quality of your leads. He explains how feeding lead quality signals back to Meta helps the platform optimise for qualified and converted leads instead of just generating more form submissions. Whether you're using Instant Forms, GoHighLevel or another CRM, Nick breaks down why this feedback loop matters, how to set it up and why it's becoming one of the most effective ways to improve Facebook ad performance and generate better results from your campaigns.

It's the best way to help the podcast grow and keep bringing you valuable content every week. Let's get on with the podcast. Hello and welcome back to Let's Run Facebook. As with myself, Nick Boddington, today I want to discuss with you a podcast version of my YouTube video last week. It's going to be in the description of this podcast if you want to watch and see how I do this, because I'm going to go through a little bit of an explanation of how to do something, so you might want to watch it if it resonates with you. It is all about making your leads better by telling meta about signals from your leads. What do I mean by this? You thinking, what are you talking about? When you do an instant form, a lead comes through and you've probably getting that to go into go high level or you're getting that to go into through Zapier, through to an email to yourself, either whatever you're whichever way you're doing it. The question is, are you telling meta about whether a lead is good quality or not or converted? It's really, really important. Now, if you're sitting in go high level, there is a way through making an automation that you can communicate this back to meta, but you might get it set up, it might make you got to go and find where to get it, get set up. I'm going to do a video on how to do this, but for right now you can do both, even if you've got clients, even if sitting and go high level and their team sitting go higher level, whatever it is, some of them love going in because meta keeps it really simple. And basically what we're going to do is teach you now how to send the right signals back to meta. So the Meta's leads get better quality. Now Hey, while I've got you, I just wanted to ask. Would you like me to go into your ads manager and actually see what's working? Because I bet your ads aren't broken and I bet we can fix something. There's a reason our top clients stop guessing and start scaling. So if you've got campaigns that are burning cash, or you're having trouble barely even breaking even on them, let's have a look and let's see what we can fix. 100% no fluff, no sales pitch, just a pro-level ad review. So book your 30 minute free Facebook ad review session and walk away with some instant wins. Go to the Ads Clinic icon and book your call today. Do it now before you forget, but make sure you come back to listen to the rest of the podcast. Enjoy! we all know and if you don't. But we there is a way that you can do a conditional logic on a lead form. So we set up an instant form. We're talking to calling out to our audience through their problem. There you go. Yeah, I've got that problem. You can fix it. They click on the ad, it opens up the lead form. It auto fills name, address, sorry. Name, full name, email address, telephone number, whatever things we're needing. And then we can ask them some questions. And I talk all the time about asking logical conditional lodges. A little tick box in the top right hand corner of your lead form that allows you to put on when you get to the questions area. Conditional logic and the first two questions allow you to kick someone out of the form if they don't qualify. So let's say I know let's say my services right. So for 1 to 1000 pounds a month. And so if I say someone, hey, you shrugging your Facebook ads, you're spending 5 to 10,000 pounds a month on meta and you're just not getting the results that you want, why not look at our 1 to 1 mentoring service starts at only 1,000 pounds a month, right? Let's say it was that and they go, yep, that's Or if I didn't say the cost right. They come in. And the first question is what's your budget to spend on mentoring or getting your ads right? However, I would want to describe it if I put 0 to 500 budget, 500 to 1000, 1000 to 2002 thousand plus, I could make it on a conditional logic that anyone who who did A or B up to 500 or 500,000 gets kicked out and it will basically say, where do you if they answer this, where do you want them to go? And it will say to the end page for someone who doesn't qualify and it say sorry, on this occasion you don't qualify for our services. So that's contingent on logic. So conditional logic. So basically what's happening there is anyone who is qualified continues to the form. And Metta goes, okay, those people are qualified. Anyone who answers no to those questions are unqualified. So that's that's one way you can do it and do that first. The second way is by going into your lead center. I want you to go into your ads manager. So you're looking at your ads manager. Now you go to the three lines on the left hand side toolbar. And in those three lines you'll pick up your box with all the different all the tools you can get. So you click on three lines, all tools see everything. One of those you'll see lead center okay. Click on lead center and then guess what the lead to interactions. Now in inside Lead center you are going to see intake qualified converted. Now the intake is the leads that have come in. And it will tell you as well. Like if you're doing getting organic leads and it'll say organic if you're willing paid coming in or say paid and the next one is qualified. So here it says leads that have a strong interest in your products or services and are probably a good fit for your business. And then you have converted leads. That happened. This is really how Betty's description here leads that have agreed to a sale or transaction with your business. For example, leads that have made a deposit for a product or booked an appointment for a service. So as a default intake as leads come in, if you have a good conversation with them and they're like, oh, interesting your services, you can literally drag them into qualified. If they then buy your services, you can then drag that person into converted. And what's happening here is those actions that you're taking and then putting them into those columns is feeding meta back with signals based on the leads that are coming in. So if meta is bringing in three liter day and two of them are unqualified, you can create there's a little box right at the end which says add a custom field. And you could create that and say unqualified. And then you can drag in people into unqualified. So what we're wanting is many qualified people as possible and then as many converted people as possible. So meta is going to get educated on this. Now fast forward a bit to having quite a lot of qualified. You can then optimize your Raas to say, I want to do lead for sorry, instant forms, but I want you to optimize them based on qualified leads because you've got enough qualified leads. So meta will go out and look at all the qualified leads you've had and find more people that look like that. You carry on with the with this instance and dragging and dropping, and it will get better and better. Now if you have loads of people who are converting, then you can start optimizing for people who are converted. And it goes on and on, which is an unbelievable little hack in meta that hardly anyone's using. I'm pushing more and more our clients towards it, and they are getting better and better and better results. So something I really, really want you to pay attention to. So it's a short podcast. Literally in your ads manager, go to all tools, click on Lead Center. You'll see your leads in there. Go back, spend a bit of time if you haven't already, and you've had a few leads to go back and just spend a couple of hours. Just move them all in and meet us. Just going to get more and more intelligent. And then later on in a few other videos, I'm going to look at how show you how go high level does the same thing. So you can actually point back into from go higher level back into meta. But this is the one for now. And lead center. Let me know what your thoughts are if you want to watch the video that I released last week on this, it's in the description below and take you to YouTube. All right. Thank you. Cheers.
